The DURATION dial sets the length of air blast and is
adjustable from .1 to 2.5 seconds. The DELAY dial delays the air blast
until the appropriate time in the press cycle and is adjustable from 0 to
5 seconds. A signal from the switch activates the air valve according to
the duration and delay settings you choose. The red monitor light shows
when air is blowing and the fuse protects the unit from overloads. The
MANUAL OVERRIDE instantly provides an extra burst of air or continuous air
to clear the tool.
It is constructed of 18 gauge steel with baked-on enamel
finish, measures 6"H x 4"W x 8"D, 7 ft. shielded cable to switch, 7 ft.
valve cord, and 7 ft. power cord to 120 volt supply with ground plug.
The Ejectomat Model 70 is built with a hall switch, however it can be modified
to use a limit switch. Switches/Valves
